"I went to Chipotle and, despite DoorDash saying my order was ready, the restaurant had no record of it in their system. However, the staff at Chipotle quickly resolved the issue. Unfortunately, we had to wait 50 minutes for our food after being told it was ready. Overall, Chipotle did a good job of trying to rectify the situation."

My entire order was incorrect. Most of the ingredients were missing and I was forced to pay for a terrible salad. The only option given to resolve the problem was a $4 credit. Terrible customer service.

The Chicken Burrito Bowl had very little chicken, the fajita peppers were undercooked, and the medium salsa was applied too generously, making it taste more like hot salsa. I will reconsider ordering from this restaurant in the future.

I was disappointed with my recent experience at Chipotle. Half of my order was missing - no chips, guacamole, and the quesadilla I ordered was the smallest and saddest portion I've ever seen for $13. It only had the tortilla and cheese, missing the sides it was supposed to come with. I expected better from Chipotle.
