"Ordered 2 bowls and a kids meal. Asked for guacamole on all meals and fajitas. The bowls didn?t have any veggies and barely any salsa and no guacamole. Kids meals was supposed to have guacamole as well but didn?t get any. The order was delayed. The driver was very communicative and apologetic. Took me 20+ mins to get a hold of someone at the restaurant. They said they would remake the order but I had to pick it up. The delivery guy offered if I would want him to take the order back and have them remake it. I asked the delivery guy if he could pick up the remade order and deliver it to me. And he kindly did. I checked the order and it was fine but when I sat down to eat, it was like a puddle...

Our family loves chipotle because everyone can get what they want just the way they like it. I like that that have low carb options. The Carnitas is always a good option for any meal. This particular Chipotle has good service and the restaurant is clean. I highly recommend!

I love chipotle? the service at this particular one just constantly messes up my order or is late. They couldn?t find my pick up order I placed so I said don?t worry I have a your confirmation right here. She said I have no Idea how to use the confirmation i only know names. This is not the first time something weird like this has happened at this one chipotle and I?m tired of it.

I started coming to this Chipotle back in 2005 when it was the only Chipotle around. Back then the service was great, the burritos were made well and portions were never skimped. The last couple times I've been to chipotle I'd stop at this one for the nostalgia, despite being let down each time. Never again. I'll go to 40 or wormans mill locations. The staff at this chipotle is rude and off-putting. I asked for the guajillo steak and was offered the last half spoon full and the rest was regular steak. My girlfriend didn't get any.
