"I came there at the opening and they didn't unlock the doors until 5 minutes later. I get it when they run short personal or late. I'm going to order and wait 15 minutes. Nobody talks to us and tells us how long it will be, so I ask how long it will be until we are served. “Now we have to fill everything” I get it, but can they give me a time frame? 10-15 minutes? sure she says. bad customer service. I'm running behind, but tell us how long this is waiting, so we know if we can do something different."

y’all are good but why are you guys always out of lime the one thing I wanted plus I ordered a quesadilla yall ain’t even put it in the bag watch out cuz next time u come I’m taking all the lime (if it’s in stock) and all the quesadillas point blank period

I waited patiently for 15 minutes to order. there were two people before me. when these two customers were ordered, the employees did not begin to make orders while I was still in tune. they have not recognized me at all. it didn't look like they were insulted for a moment. only incapacity. really embarrassing. it is Tuesday, 28 December at 15:40 clock. I'm gone at 16 o'clock. I never go back to this chipotle.
