"Yesterday i ordered the fish and chips....when it came out i ate the pickles first and gave my son the coleslaw. My ff were orange waffle fries and i had syrup in a little bowl on my plate which i stuck my finger in to taste to see what it was. I realize that the ff were sweet potatoe ff which i hate. I told the waitress and she stated it was for the table behind us and took it back to the kitchen.... all good right....nope... almost instantly the runner courtney brought it back out and gave it to the table behind us..i had my fingers all over the food...i didnt want to make a scene in the restaurant. I told our waitress and confronted courtney. Courtney stated she didnt know....i told her she was a liar....this is unacceptable....those poor people....i loved this place but will never go back"

"We had a fantastic experience with great service at this restaurant. We called in advance to order 7 pizzas for our group of 18 people, and the staff was extremely friendly. They brought fresh pizzas to our private room throughout the meal. The pizzas, including the white pizza, taco pizzas (could have used more meat but still tasty), and cheese pizzas, were all delicious. The pizzas were hot and flavorful. The restaurant was clean, and the staff made sure our group had everything we needed. We really appreciated their assistance after a morning of snow tubing with teenagers. Thank you for being so accommodating!"

"I had a group of 4 people, when we walked in they asked if we had reservation, are you kidding!! We were treated terrible right from the start to the end of our lunch. We waited 15 minutes to get a seat that was empty the whole time, right in front of us. They finally said if you want to sit there you can. The service was slow and the food was so disappointing. We ordered cheese steaks, we heard they were good. It was a sloppy joe on a roll. Not at all a cheese steak. The waitress was annoyed by us being there, we asked her for Splenda, she said they didn't have Splenda, she could have offered whatever artificial sugar they have. We will never return, apparently they only like the regulars."

"Had hot and honey wings and broccoli with cheese and bacon. The food was great. The waitress was super nice. She forgot my broccoli first. So she gave a stuffed animal and free ice cream to my friend's daughter to help keep her occupied."
