Not fully operational. Only one section is open for dine in. I'm almost sure the front counter lady is also a cook!! Trade off of quick service is always hot food from there. The egg rolls were bite size.

The shrimp chow mein and crab rangoons tasted good. However, the chicken was very dry in my Sweet and Sour Shrimp. You read that right. They gave me chicken that didn't even taste good instead of shrimp when I paid extra for the shrimp. I think they're understaffed, and struggling to keep up with online orders.
