He was in fact the one my complaint was routed to, and I should have guessed as much given my background in corporate ethics. My concern is not so much the dispute but the way I was treated. When I asked to whom I was speaking, the question was ignored three times. I don't appreciate such dishonesty. He even went so far as to refer to himself in third person. He repeated his argument to me over and again, so I gave up. The worker Ariana at this restaurant was extremely helpful. I had never tried their ice cream before, and I ended up trying 5 different flavors. I would rate my experience 10/10.

It’s a shame how poorly the staff are treated. The NUMEROUS stories I have heard of the disrespect from the management turns me away from giving them business. Employees are important in running any type of business and they should be treated that way.
