"I'm very disappointed! I called two days ahead to order a custom birthday cake, only to receive a phone call an hour and a half before pick-up informing me that they couldn't make the cake because they had run out of frosting. I asked if they didn’t realize this until late yesterday, and the woman replied, "I guess not." She seemed completely indifferent to the situation! I will never order from them again. Perhaps management should consider better training for their staff!"

The quality here rivals that of Cold Stone Creamery, paired with the delightful treats from Rocky Mountain Chocolate. What more can I say? Oh, the service! It was excellent during our visit. The line moved quickly, and the staff was incredibly helpful.

I've been at Cold Stone for almost 5 times and all the experiences were great. Most of the items are cheap and when lines are long they go fast. The aromas are beautiful and the staff are welcoming and energetic. When you type them, they sing every song you choose on the list. I recommend getting to Cold Stone because it's amazing. Thank you for good experiences!

I’m giving this place 5 stars primarily because of one remarkable employee. Despite the restaurant being extremely busy, Catherine handled everything with grace and efficiency. While it may not be ideal for one person to manage so much on their own, she truly rose to the occasion. That said, she definitely deserves more support and recognition. This hardworking woman is worthy of a nice raise for all she does!
