"Country Store is getting back up to speed on their menu offerings; FINALLY are cooking more fresh meats Instead of frozen Sysco Fare!Brisket was fork tender and savory as it should be! Great refried bean tacos! Flautas have gone back to home made!! Hamburger was perfect! New fries were piping hot (though still of frozen variety, but tasty none the less). The carne guisada taco was good seasoning and super tender meat. ~Don’t bother getting the pecan pie. The crust was awful with only a slight layer of pecans on top of pie filling!The service is on and off. They are training a couple of young girls who still don’t get how to juggle everything. We waited an hour for our food. Plan accordingly...
