"My husband I went through the drive-thu at the DuQuoin location and everything was terrible. We never go there because our past visits have been bad, but our daughter wanted chicken strips. The employees were EXTREMELY rude and the order once again wasn’t right. We only ordered the chicken strip basket and it still wasn’t correct. We will NEVER go to this location ever again. I like dairy Queen. The food is pretty much cooked fresh for fast food. They have never messed my order up! Probably shouldn't say that. Lol

I have never had a good experience at this Dq. Today, my gravy was super watery, chicken was not cooked all the way, my blizzard was not even blended. When I opened my chicken strip basket box the gravy was open and it had spilled all over all my food. Looked like my food was pulled out of the trash.
