"I didn't know about this restaurant until last week... it's hidden in a somewhat “disreputable” place in Lausanne and difficult to find. But the Vietnamese cuisine offered there is very good, fresh and authentic. I had a very good Bun Bo Hue and excellent summer rolls there. The service is friendly, even if not particularly fast or very professional... (the gentleman's somewhat heavy-handed remarks upon our arrival... blah blah)."

Great experience at the Dalat restaurant, very professional, very qualitative, very good value for money, although from the outside it doesn 't look like much as they say back home! The boss is super nice, he explains perfectly the dishes which are super good. Remember to book!

This little chalet is surprising and the place has an atmosphere of its own. The food is quite good particularly the soups which were a very good choice. The service is very kind, but certainly when the place is full, then you must be patient and be prepared to wait, which is not always agreable.
