"As always, this place never disappoints. The food and service are consistently top-notch, making it a great experience for everyone. Today, I had the pleasure of trying a new sandwich that isn't on the menu yet, called the Chiffel Cheese. It was one of the best subs I've ever had, perfectly balanced with just the right amount of speck and jalapeños. I really hope it makes it onto the menu so I can enjoy it again!"

I used to believe this place had some of the best vanilla and strawberry frozen custard around. While it still ranks among the top in the area, it doesn't taste as good as it used to, and the staff seem indifferent and uninterested in their work.

I ordered a steak and cheese sub, but I couldn't find the cheese anywhere! There was so much mayonnaise on the sandwich that it was almost overwhelming. This was, without a doubt, the worst sandwich I've ever had from a restaurant. Don't bother wasting your time or money here. The fries were cold and seemed at least a day old!

"Two friends and I had dinner at Maya Bistro. We were served flatbread with a black olive spread. Delicious. Two of us shared the mixed grill platter for 2 – 55.00. The platter had plenty of food and it was tasty. The other person in our group got the Maya spreads trio baba ganoush, hummus, patlican kozleme. We enjoyed the spreads on the bread. We ate a lot of bread. She also got the moussaka which she liked. Everything was well prepared especially the meat on the platter. Over cooked meat ruins it for me. The meat was not dry at all. The cook did a wonderful job. We were there for an early dinner on a weekend so there were not many people there. The restaurant was quiet. The staff were very nice and attentive."

"It's a family lover. We tasted the cook with wine pairs. All courses, except Dessert, were excellent. Unfortunately, the Desserts were smarter than good. Most wines were excellent. One of the wine couples was out, so they gave us another wine. The service was not quite normal. Waiters and sommelier were nice, but not attentive. There were 3 in our party, and for all 5 courses they brought food to the wrong party. Something was amiss. Not much, except in comparison to previous experiences (and the price we paid and tipped). One of the best in North Virginia."

"We have dined here over 150 times, so this is obviously one of our most favorite places to go. I usually sit at the bar with Kevin, Austin, Carlos and Autumn behind the bar always making exceptional drinks. The food is always incredible and I appreciate the flavors the chef puts together. If you want a great burger, you can only go two nights of the week and not on the weekends. The tuna tartare and such fat fries are a staple to any meal. There is also a private dining room we have used from time to time for larger parties that has exceptional service. Can get busy during happy hour but I have never had to wait very long for a couple seats. Parking can be a challenge but valet is back in service."

"We went during restaurant week and the value was of course great. The restaurant had a nuce ambience with enough space between tables and prwttu good service. However, my seordfish was dry. My friend's hanger steak was delicious, as were the fried calimari. Overall, a good experience."
