The food was mediocre. The Trout, Chicken and potatoes werebasic. The Prawns were cooked from frozen leaving them chewy. The soup was enjoyable, even if it tasted like gravy. The food was SOOOOOO delicious! The scones were AMAZING! Excellent service!!! Beautiful area! I wish I lived closer so I could go there more often! Just be aware you have to pay with cash or check.

Bring cash! What a great experience!! They're good is good and the location is beautiful. They really need to charge more for they're food. People will pay. Thanks for letting us eat even though you were crowded. We appreciate it!! ????????

Cabin review: Ownership is rude and belligerent to guests. Cabins have not been update since the 70?s and not very clean. Hope you have cash because the owners are so behind the times they don?t take any type of card payments. Had to drive into Prestonand find an ATM. The cabins have poor parking for your vehicles. The cabins are small with one single bed. There isn't a fenceor barrier between the cabins and the river, creating a safety hazard for children. There are better places to stay just minutesaway.
