I was immediately intrigued and did a search... could there possibly be knishes in Seattle?? I was pleased to find that Dingfelder's had knishes as well! Everything is good. Finally had the pastrami and I can safely say it’s same caliber as the established delis in NY. Amazing flavor.

I have smoked the pumpernickel all house flats bagel and the mrs maisel sandwich on roggenbrot. everything was delicious, especially the bagel and the roggenbrot. better to order online for pick-up, as it can be busy during the lunchtime and they might have to wait a bit if they order before place.
