"The location was very beautiful. The beds were comfy. The decor was nicely done and updated. Overall I would stay here again. The biggest issue for us was the 30 dollar charge x 2 days for the 3rd extra person. We booked two rooms adjoined. The breakfast wasn’t super fabulous other than the baked goods. It was similar both days as well. Omelets, waffles or regular slice of quiche would have really made the B n B special. Instead we got poached eggs in a cup, cereal and yogurt both days. The French toast was tiny pieces made from the bread at the restaurant they originally served as appetizer bread. The egg strata was salty and tiny pieces. There was no housekeeping and so I asked for extra...

From the moment we booked our trip, to the moment we left, everyone at dockside was accommodating and cheerful. The views from our rooms were spectacular day and night. Our late night cocktail by the water was relaxing and our morning coffee in the gazebo was peaceful. Breakfast was delicious and everyone raved about the selections. This was our second stay, and definitely not our last!

This was our first stay at Dockside. The accommodation's are dated but yet quaint, quiet and comfortable. The quarters are located on the shores of York Harbor. The scenery is forever Maine. A typical B&B breakfast is served daily in the main quarters, serving only the freshest bakery, cut fruit and various hot sides. The staff was friendly and helpful. The facility is remotely located so service's are limited. All in all we highly recommend staying at Dockside.
