"I did not have a good experience. I ordered food(a small pizza, 2 orders of wings, a salad and a lava cake) for me and my team on Valentines weekend. I waited about 20mins before walking down to the restaurant. When I arrived my name wasn’t on the board, so I decided to wait. My name showed up, on the board about 5mins after entry and said that it would be ready in 20mins. When my order displayed “ready” I walked over to the checkout counter and asked for my food. The cashier told me it should be up, in a few minutes. I stood there another 6 minutes and then asked for my food again. I guess I'm not surprised at the ridiculous service last night after I saw the reviews they have at this place. I will not write a whole batch and rant, I only strongly recommend going somewhere else. that's all.

We ordered 2 pizzas and an order of 10 piece chicken wings on-line for pickup at 7:05. I got there at 7:15 and waited and waited and waited, until finally got my order at 7:30. Got home only to find out that the pizzas are completely wrong. Also, the staff needs more english, it just seems that everything you say to them needs to be repeated at least 5 times before they know what you're talking about. Not good, won't order from them again!
