Didnt clean the spoon between servings of different ice creams, so one ice cream was mixed with the other and made two very terrible ice creams. (Is a major cleanliness issue)

love this ice cream but this is the second time in a row Ive received the wrong order. ordered one kids size and one regular (which is $6 more) only to get 2 kid sized ice creams

Have ordered from here twice. Have gotten the wrong order twice. Tried to get ice cream and was given soda on both accounts. The ice cream looks great but I guess I wouldnt really know.
