"reminded me of a pariser bistro from san antonio from all places, la frite. very simple menu, small French glasses for water, amazing wine selection and cocktails. the restaurant shares place with an amazing weinladen my wife and I often that never disappointed, so make them safe to use their knowledge and choose a wein. I have a nice chilled red that was perfect afternoon drink. we ordered the muscheln, burger and picked vegtable appetizer, all super. I can't expect to wait for the nicoise and salad frites again."

baptism will close this week and it is a shame. the food was excellent, the cocktails and wein were excellent and it would have been a must for people living and visiting in portland.
