"We had a great dining experience at Dun Huang last night. The restaurant has a pleasant decor and ambiance, and the staff were friendly. The signature noodle soup was delicious, with a light yet flavorful broth. Following the recommendation of other reviewers, I added chili oil for an extra kick. The fried noodles were also tasty. The spicy fried popcorn chicken was extremely addictive, with both spicy and numbing mala flavors. We opted for the less spicy version, which was still plenty spicy for us. I highly recommend this restaurant if you're in the area."

My husband and I dined at this restaurant last night for dinner. Initially, we thought it was a ramen establishment due to its name. We both ordered the beef noodles and the pork dumplings, and they were absolutely delicious.

Yesterday, my daughter and I went to this restaurant. The food was fantastic and the service was good. We plan on coming back again. I've only been there once before. I had the beef and noodles in spicy broth, while my daughter had wontons in chicken broth. We also shared some scallion pancakes. The food wasn't too salty, which was a positive for me, but it was still delicious.
