"Great food, love the house salad and if I'm in the mood for falafel, they do not disappoint. The chicken tawook is also excellent along with the shish kabob platter and the shish kabob salad. The baba ganoush was a little overly garlicly the last time we went but overall this place is consistently good. And the desserts... oh my god the desserts. They are so good, the only problem is deciding which one to eat."

"April 2022 update Hard to believe it is six years, but I finally have the chance to go back with some friends. The place has not changed. Still not talking atmosphere. You go and order a Deli counter and give you a stand with a number. Then they deliver the food to your table. The good news is that the food comes very fast, it is very tasty, and the staff was super beautiful and courteous. Prices are very reasonable at less than $25 per person. We ordered four main dishes to share an appetizer board, some additional naane and some Lassis. The whole food was delicious. Our concerns were that the butter chicken was not as good as we were in other Indian restaurants in the city and the amount of sauce was excessive compared to the other ingredients in all dishes. On the good side they have some unique dishes that we haven't seen anywhere, and we really enjoyed them, so I upgraded my rating of three stars to four stars. Another difference from other restaurants in the area was that each of the main dishes came with Naan and not with rice. We didn't know enough to order rice, so a lot of tasty sauces ended in the peels that was a shame. In the atmosphere is missing, but the food is good and the prices are very reasonable."

"I recently hosted my son's birthday party at Flight, which is located near Big Guy's. We needed pizza delivered by 11, but Big Guy's doesn't open until that time. However, they assured us it was not a problem. They delivered the pizza on time and it was absolutely delicious. Everyone at the party loved it! I would definitely recommend them for any event, whether it's a casual family pizza night at home or a big birthday celebration. The food was fantastic and the customer service was top-notch!"

"Hi! I've eaten here a few times since moving to Pittsburgh. I've had the falafel-hummous wrap, lentil soup, and vegggie chili. I tend to rate Lebanese/Mediterranean restaurants on their falafel. I think it's a good base-system. With that said, this place is very average. I assumed it would be going into it, as there are multiple locations so they try to cater to as many folks as possible. When I moved here, I wanted nothing more than to find a place with falafel as good as where I last lived. Sadly, this is not the place. It's not bad, it's just nothing to write home about. It will fill you up and not make you feel blah. But! There is one fantastic plus with this chain: the menu labeling! They label the items for you. And they list ingredients! Can't go wrong there. So, as far as omni places in town go, this is a great option: consistent food you'd expect with a chain, fast service, modest prices, and service has always been good."
