"We visited Elvira’s Cafe as a suggestion from our server at the Sunliner Diner earlier in the week. This is a bit outside of Pigeon Forge and it is really really good. We ordered a stuffed crepe with eggs, mushrooms, onions bell pepper and cheese, we ordered Chicken and Waffles with a spiced honey on the side and chocolate chip pancakes. The chicken and waffles with spiced honey was really good and I would order this again. The chocolate chip pancakes were good. The crepe had a strange color but it tasted fine and the filling was great. This restaurant appears to be inside of an old house and they have framed photographs by professional photographers on the walls for sale. We will also visit...

The place was clean but food was overpriced and came in small portions, although it tasted good and it came quickly. The staff wasn’t overly friendly. Overall we left feeling a bit letdown and still a little hungry.Food: 3/5

After eating lots of heavy southern food, I was in search of a spot to enjoy a lighter, fresher feeling brunch. Elviras hit the spot with its farm fresh food and brunch options. The crepes were amazing balancing sweetness with texture and the biscuits with gravy were fluffy and not overly salted . It was the perfect stop on my road trip

I come from the country where crepes are daily meals. Few friends and I went to Elviras time in Townsend and we ordered Crepes. Half a crepe costs about $10. In New York City you get a whole crepe for $8. I don't know where they have the recipe, but it didn't taste like a good European crepe. Apple filling consisted of a few pieces of fresh apple cut in a few pieces... abandoned to carmelized by was not. I complained to a waitress and a guy in the registed....both times they looked at me as if I were an alien from the room. I ate about 10% of my meal, but had to pay the full price. I don't recommend this tourist trap.
