"Tonight we drove to the embassy Diner in Bethpage, we heard that there is a new owner who knows his stuff and was curious to try the place and see how good it is, so here is our participation in this place,IT IS AWESOME!!!! first the parking lot is huge and the spots are wide that makes a big truck fanatic like me a happy camper, since every truck has made us room so easy 5 STARS, the photos I took. This is a jewel of a diner owned and operated by a professional owner who knows his trade, I HIGHLY ECOMMEND IT!!!! make it your plan to pay them a visit soon, you will also love it!!! P;S the owner told me that the baker of this incredible bread has been with the diner for 48 years!!!!!!!!!!!!!...

Fast service they were friendly and the burger was really good. As long as I'm in this area and want a burger, I'll get it from here. You have a nice menu and I'm just a burger and fry guy.

Wow! If you haven't been in the embassy in the last few weeks, you've disappeared! The new owners Gus and Billy feel like a family. Food and service is amazing! The Grilled Chicken Caesar Salat is delicious, plentiful and fresh!! The Deli Duo is another delicious choice. We'll eat more often there.

They were under new ownership and it made the difference! The diner has a new aura and the service has improved significantly since my last visit. Food quality and portions are very impressive. If the improvements I saw yesterday are just the beginning, this will definitely be a reason for our food choices!

"First off way over priced. Small portions and the drink machines are cleaned about once every 6 months which means caked on sour milk in the dispensers. They use tap water for the iced teas and lemonades. Kitchen was filthy, floors and refrigerator in the back we’re filthy. They freeze the left over bagels over night and would mix old tuna into the new tuna salad. It’s disgusting. The Owner is very high strung and agitated very often, could be lack of sleep or something else more personal but even at that you can’t take it out on you’re employees or customers. Anthony is very hot tempered and needs to realize he runs a small little deli that most of the town passes by anyway and isn’t a brain surgeon or building rockets for space x. Get a grip and stop using people to do work you’re too lazy to do."

"Excellent fast service and gourmet level menu. We started with mussels in a marinara sauce that was cooked exactly right. I loved the homemade sauce. It was cooked right. The lemon sole over garlic spinach was excellent. Fresh tasting like a homemade meal. I'm looking forward to returning. My only complaint is that it's not around the corner of me."
