We had the lamb lollipops for appetizer and they were cooked and seasoned well. For my entree, I chose the redfish, which came with fontina grits and some other veggies. I really enjoyed the carrots because they were cooked through and had a sweet taste. For dessert, I had the crisp. They used peaches in the dessert, which were not burnt and were perfectly soft."

The food was imaginative and well prepared. Dinner was served minutes after ordering by an endless stream of cheerful, polite and professional delivery girls. BUT our waitress Chris was the star of the show. Not enough stars in the choices of only 5. She was simply a pleasure. Funny, engaging, and a first rate dinner coach as she guided us through the menu. A comfortable pro. Can?t wait to see her again

We have friends that live Ember, but our experience didn't meet the hype. The service and ambience were decent, but not great. They have a happy hour, but it is only $1 off their $12 cocktails, which feels gimmicky. The food was fantastic and the portions were good, but 2 of our 3 appetizers were underwhelming (the egg roll app is literally one egg role). Would we go back? No, I don't think so. For the price point, I prefer Halyard's.

My wife and I have recently moved to the area from Atlanta via New York and have been eating at all the local restaurants throughout st Simone?s and Brunswick. I have to say we have discovered the very best restaurant by far in their area thus far in (Ember). The food was outstanding, the service impeccable and the price no different than surrounding restaurants. As a previous restaurant owner and chef I am blown away by this jewel in the heart of st Simone?s. Freshest ingredients and prepared perfectly. We will be back again and again.
