"I came here because my first choice was closed. Service was good. The waitress said it would take 15 minutes for my food but it took 50 minutes. Then had to wait another 5 minutes for green plantain to be fried. I'm used to West Indian restaurants take forever so the time didn't bother me.The food was just ok. The snapper was salty and kind of hard. They probably soaked/cleaned it in salt water because the saltiness was all throughout the fish. Even when you fry fresh fish hard the meat has a soft texture. This wasn't soft so I don't think it was not that fresh. The pickliz was really good. The serving of black rice was huge compared to the ratio of the fish. The taste of it was meh. I felt...

The food was horrendous!!! I’ve tasted better Haitian food than this. I definitely do not recommend this! WORST NYC HAITIAN RESTAURANT!!!!! At this point the place should get shut down to be honest. I’m Haitian and they put me down for this one!!
