"Very unhappy with my visit. Today was my first time checking this place out and the customer service is horrible. I truly wonder who even hired the employees and the reason they got hired. I went in asking for the vegan burger and fries since Fatburger posted on their instagram a vegan burger with fries. Come to find out their fries are fried in the same oil the chicken is fried in. The employee had no idea how to make a milkshake. I had to tell him how about the whip cream and he literally had his finger with no gloves inside through the lid of the milkshake trying to fill it but nothing was coming out. Milkshakes and chili fries are pretty good. The only down side is that they dont let you mix the milkshake flavors. Im definitely coming back
