"first, you boys have no respect for customers, their appointment system is sucked. I called and confirmed a table for 4 people. a few hours before my appointment I received a call that said they are full and the table we have referenced is taken. I confirmed my appointment twice. I felt presumed to my guests. it was too late for me to reverse any other place, because most places were already full. these young have messed up my day and my plans. the history begins. when I complained, they were very rude. I was like you were real?"
