I love this franchise, but the Manhattan employees don’t clean. It’s REALLY dirty. Service is slow. Hopefully the management pulls it together because I’d hate to see it go.

Would be better if the employees didn’t park in the limited parking spaces right in front of the store. Pretty lame to have those spots taken up the whole day for no reason. Managers should know better
