"The meal:lamb and beef . Vegies obviously old, the worst Brussels spits I've ever had. The meat is okay, but boiled, and in both cases the severity is extremely oversalted. The service: It is a fact that all these places can only make a life with seasonal foreign workers who are mostly highly motivated and capable and polite. Not here: No salt and pepper on the table, the soup served without bread and a request for some only results in an amazed look that is sub standard. And too expensive."

"Sorry, wir waren die letzten Jahre immer gern in der Giftbude, das hat sich leider geändert. Der Service war lieblos, das Essen einfallslos und qualitativ den Preis nicht wert. Kostenlos ist lediglich der Geruch aus der Küche, welchen wir noch am Folgetag in den Klamotten hatten. Es ist sicher alles teurer geworden, klar, aber hier wurde etwas übertrieben. Wir zahlen gerne etwas mehr (Inselzuschlag), wenn dann zumindest die Qualität stimmt."

"Da muss ich leider nur gerade eine 3 geben.das Personal war hektisch und verbreitete etwas Unruhe. Die Vorspeise war sehr lecker und ausgefallen. Der Hauptgang versprach der Menükarte vielversprechendes war aber eine Enttäuschung. Das Fleisch war gut aber der Seeteufel meiner Meinung nach misslungen. Die Hummer -Feta-Sauce hatte einen Beigeschmack von Unbekannter Herkunft. Schade. Das Dessert war in Ordnung aber nicht handgemacht. Da wie zu viert einen Tisch reservierten verwunderte uns da jeder etwas anderes bekam. Der stolze Preis ist nicht gerechtfertigt."

"The food on our boat was excellent. Do not leave the relatively limited menu, the beautiful fresh fish was delicious. One of us had the whole sole, baked and fried. The fish were huge and had a wonderful texture. The other tried the cod on the bed of the fennel. Very recommended. Like the white chocolate liqueur, we had to finish our meal. This evening there was a delay in the food, due to an unexpected lack of staff in the kitchen, but we were informed by the friendly staff, as the liqueur on the house ended and the quality of the food deleted every memory of the delay as soon as it arrived. Book on, although it is not a huge restaurant and you are unlikely to get a table different."

"the friesenjung belongs to the aparthotel anna dune directly on the promenade of wangerooge. it is a stylish restaurant/bistro, where guests of the aparthotel also take their breakfast. they have a magnificent view of the sea and can sit there wonderfully and observe how the great gods pass. it is recommended as a cafe/bistro, as well as as as a restaurant, all very tasty. the service is very friendly. I was there in the early year, i.e. in the next season as it looks at the peak season, so I don't know, but I think I should be a bit fuller. but you can sit outside."
