"The food at this restaurant was fantastic! There were four of us dining and the restaurant was not busy. We ordered a variety of dishes, starting with sushi, Satay, and Edamame for appetizers. The food came out in a timely manner and was absolutely delicious. The dynamite roll and spicy tuna were some of the best I've had. However, our main dishes, which included two different curry dishes, Udon, and Hibachi, were served at different times, causing a problem. It took 35 minutes from the first duck dish to the last, and the Hibachi arrived last, after everyone else had finished eating. The server did not offer an explanation or excuse for the delays. I found the fusion food at this restaurant to be an intriguing blend. While the prices are a bit higher than I would prefer for a lunch or dinner, the food is satisfying. However, I always feel like I want something extra to complete the meal.

I am thrilled that we decided to try Fusion. Both the food and service impressed us. I appreciate the option to choose between Thai and Japanese cuisine, or even a combination of both. The soup, salad, appetizer, and main course were all delicious, and the sweet tea was also very good. I will definitely return to sample more items from their menu.
