"I called and ordered the takeout on Saturday night 7:11pm and the restaurant told me the food would be ready after 20 minutes. When I arrived the restaurant at 7:36pm, they could not find the order. Finally, they found my order details in their trash can. What should I say in that situation? Sigh... They didn't give me any discount for their mistake. My friend told me their service is bad and now I truly believe it. Finally I got my food after 8pm. I don't think I will come back."

Service is ok..but food is NOT. Well, it's edible, but not tasty at all. Some are too salty and some don't have any flavor... There are so many Chinese/Korean restaurants around this area. You don't need to try this place.

Avoid this place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Bad service, uncomfortable environment, overpriced menu, not enough options, ridiculous efficiency, all in Gao’s noodle! Worst in this area!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I didn’t get any food or even a cup of tea after 1-hour waiting! To the owner of the restaurant: if you have no idea about how to run a restaurant, don’t do so. I really look forward to seeing a new restaurant, or at least a new owner will take over this place in the near future.
