"We were six women at every age who had a nice dinner here, all tasted excellent. Some had vegetarian, some meat, some of us had the tradiitinal knödeln and two of us ordered seniors because we were not so hungry. The service was great... the venue too. Very traditional and very cozy place for a nice meal in good company. Good price! Small restaurant, but highly recommended!"

on a tour through the old town of freiburg we had rested our feet there in and old and charming hotel just to stay and have a drink menue list was attractive but not at this time

The decor is traditional, the atmosphere is covered and cozy and the food is brilliant. A special favorite of me is her steak, cut by high-quality meat delivered by the butcher shop in the same building, which is led by the owner/cook's brother.
