George's is definitely my favorite place to eat in Walsenburg. Clean. Fast. Great food and a reasonable price. Cheaper than eating fast food which is amazing.

"Wow wow wow!! This place is AWESOME!!!! I've never met such a friendly staff! They are all so sweet and accommodating. My boyfriend and I absolutely loved our conversations with the waitresses. Oh yeah, and the food was DELICIOUS!! We couldn't eat it all so we get to-go boxes and didn't leave a single bit of food on our plates. Not sure why people are complaining about portion sizes, and lack of flavor because I could barely finish my pulled pork sandwich and still had leftover beans, mac n cheeze, and some pulled pork that fell out of the bun. My boyfriend almost always finishes his meal, and this time he had leftovers! And as far as flavor, we loved the taste of everything! I'm super picky when it comes to my pulled pork sandwiches, mac n cheese, and beans! The pulled pork was so good that i didn't even need to put bbq sauce on it, which is unusual because I usually have to have sauce! Of course, I still used bbq sauce because the flavor was so good! This place put such a great big smile on my face. Absolutely loved everything about it! If we ever pass through town again, we will definitely be eating here again!"

"Fast, friendly service. The food is, for the most part, fresh and hot, but it seems as if after 8:30-9:00 the food quality begins to be missing, I assume that the reason is that the employees begin to turn off some devices to prepare for the conclusion. This tends to affect the freshness of foods as they keep extra precooked hamburgerpatties and chicken patties longer than recommended holding times, so if you happen after 9:00, I would suggest that the foods are made fresh. Apart from that, all the other times I ordered, the food was delicious and up to company and customer standards. Great choice for a fast and (relative) inexpensive meal."

"Well my wife just got take out. We ordered six soft tacos a burrito and a Mexican pizza. How stupid can you be to put the pizza at the bottom with everything else on top! Bag the pizza separately? "We both ordered the special, which was prime rib. It was tasty, but slightly undercooked. The accompanying salad was just iceberg lettuce, a bit lackluster. I tried the special vinaigrette, which I found too sweet and heavy. The server offered to replace it, but then disappeared before I could ask. The prices were fair, but there were limited options for beverages. Despite some flaws, we would consider returning for the prime rib if we were in the area."
