"The restaurant at Holiday Inn Grand Junction is average, similar to an Applebee's. It's not exceptional, but not terrible either. I recommend sticking to simple dishes like burgers. The Caesar salad I ordered was disappointing as it didn't match the menu description - it had shredded parmesan cheese instead of shaved parmesan. Additionally, the server failed to provide me with a duplicate receipt, which is basic service etiquette, especially at a hotel catering to business travelers."

the waiter forgot me. my food lasted 40 minutes after I ordered it. the Hamburger-Bunge was hard. the salat was really limp and the pommes smeared as if they were sitting under the heat lamp over half an hour. overall it was not good to eat and the service resources help.
