"I believe they are doing an amazing job. We have been getting custom cookies for our children from this place for the past five years, with each child receiving three cookies per year. This is the only place where you can request any character and they will create it for you, all for just $3.50 per cookie! They never fail to impress us with their creations, no matter how crazy the character request may be. We have requested characters such as Sonic, Mario, Gravity Falls, Ash (Evil Dead), Pennywise the Clown from It, Slenderman, Five Nights at Freddy's, Captain America, Pusheen, and many more. I highly recommend this place to everyone!"

I want to express my gratitude to all the staff at Great American Cookie for accommodating my request for gluten-free cookies on Mother's Day while I was working at the mall. The cookies were for my mother, and she absolutely loved them.

Although the prices may be higher and the wait times longer compared to other cookie places, the taste at this restaurant is top-notch. I always make sure to stop by to enjoy their delicious cookies, especially since they honor Officer Stalker from TPD at the front display. I commend them for their support of law enforcement officers (LEOs) and for offering a military rebate.

This is really the best American Cookie Co. I've been, and I was too much!!! Not only do they make the perfectly baked cookies, every time, they offer double-doozie slices regularly, and the staff is amazing! They are always so friendly and if a recent order was mixed a tad, they did everything to make it right. Can't recommend enough if you need a perfect cookie or biscuit cake!!
