"With reservation and we were left to wait for about 15 min before seated.Took forever to bring us the raw meat(no need to prepare or anything like that) At the end the usher came to collect the bill not our server.He did not come afterwards at least to acknowledge the tip and thank you or say good night or something.Such a bad customer service experience! Maybe servers are not trusted there to take the payment but at least acknowledge the tip(for the bad service should have not be a tip anyway but we still decided to do it for the young man who at the end was ripped off by the usher). Nice place ,awful customer service!"

I love this place. I've been on my way for years. from la to ny and now several standorte in illinois! please try the harami rock steak or the harami pot and the bark sukiyaki bibimbap! also, last but surely not least, the house salat and dressing is soou flips good! I'm ready to go again! they will not regret going to this place. it is also super fun for children!
