"I ordered one of their quarantine cakes for my birthday. I was excited, they offer a vegan and sugar-free option (sweet with stevia.) when I picked up my cake, they accidentally gave me the wrong one. it was also tiny! much smaller than I expected. the cake was not sweet at all. the part of the cake was very mild sweetened, but the frosting tasted just like salt and had a shaky consistency. When I look at the previous mistakes, I wonder if the baker has forgotten to add sweeteners to frost. I don't like very sweet cake, but this was tasty and mostly tasteless. I stopped checking this place. at the time they had a vegan vanilla cake taste and they offered a beautiful vegan friendly earthberry icing on them, just for me. I have inhaled that ding on the way back to the car.

I have tried many a vegan bakery and have not even come close to comparing with the quality, taste and taste options as a helped baked. with distance the best in the valley and maybe even in la. I am addicted and a new HB enthusiast!

Highly recommend Half Baked Co!This family owned bakery is amazing. Their storefront is cute, clean, and classy. The staff is extremely amiable and I’m always so happy to see them. They are so sweet and easy to talk to. Not to mention they make the best vegan cupcakes I have had! They put the frosting on the top of the cupcakes after you order them which makes them super fresh and soft. They have a wide variety of flavors to choose from and sometimes have seasonal flavors. The red velvet and pumpkin spice (seasonal but carrot is a close second) are my favorite. I’ve never ordered a cake from there I am but look forward to doing so sometime in the future.This is a definite must try spot.
