Did not order the signature hot pot. The typical Korean dishes (steak, chicken and seafood tofu) are appetising. What I need to commend is I accidentally gave two $100 notes… the staff returned one to me ??

Really tasty, I love Hanmaru.A little story: My boyfriend and I are in a long distance relationship and we only see each other maybe once every two or three months. Whenever I come out of logan airport he drives me to Allston for Hanmaru, a warm, homely taste.

We got the gamjatang and mul-naengmyun and no app since we weren’t super hungry. Total $21pp.Both were decent enough, though I thought the gamjatang had too strong of a “porky” taste. Maybe needed to be boiled/strained for longer. My friend really enjoyed her naengmyun. I liked the mashed potato and bean sprout banchan. The pasta tasted too much like coleslaw and the kimchi was a tad too sour.Doesn’t make sense why the gamjatang for one doesn’t include vegetables, but other than that no gripes. Dining area was comfortable and not crowded when we went for lunch
