"Was in transit at Oslo for 6 hours. Decided to try Havsalt instead of a lounge using a priority pass. Staff was not very welcoming. My friend asked about soup, and the woman curtly said “only what you see.” We ordered a seafood salad and smoked salmon sandwich. Food was decent but not much variety available. Cold seafood and a variety of drinks. Prices are typically high for an airport establishment. As we had been traveling for more than 12 hours, I fell asleep in our booth. A woman came by and said “You can’t sleep here.” I understand policy, but approach, but manners, customer service skills, and approachability are important. Went there at lunchtime, we ate a bowl with crabs and crab meat and a crab sandwich, both of which were very tasty. The view of the runway is nice. Prices are expensive as expected at the airport.
