"Foodie friend and I went on a mission a while back for some tacos next to his new place. His Yelp said they had $1 tacos on a certain day. (Side note, I don 't use Yelp, nor do I trust the majority of it 's resources We went inside the taqueria/mercado hybrid and from what we could tell, there was no dollar tacos. I really enjoyed the variety available in both the restaurant and the grocery section of the store. I sampled three different kinds of meat tacos, and they were all quite tasty. The salsa has a nice kick to it, which I appreciated. If you're in the area, these tacos definitely have an authentic feel.

The place was fantastic and had a lot of really cool items, and all the food looked absolutely delicious! Unfortunately, I wasn't there to shop—I was there for a DoorDash delivery. I arrived and stood at the register, right across from an employee who was preparing food, for 10 minutes without any assistance. After that, I decided to wander around to see if I could find someone else to help me, but I was ignored by another staff member as well.
