"I came from Pennsylvania for a wedding in Martin a few weeks ago. We spent the night in a local hotel and we asked where to get a good coffee in the morning. Someone told us to go to Higher Earth. We stopped there, of course, and I got the Just Like Reese's frit with 3 shots of espresso. OMG, talk about the sky in a cup! By far the best coffee I've ever got!!!! I recommend stopping everyone in the area and getting a coffee here. The staff is so friendly and helpful, and it was such a pleasure not only to enjoy this place once, but twice as we were there!"

Great service always with a smile. I never really liked coffee until I had the caramel Macchiato and now I'm addicted! The best place in the northwest of Tennessee for coffee, frappés and cinnamon rolls.

I moved to Jackson a few years ago, and now every time I come home for a weekend, I'm at least once on Higher Ground. The coffee is delicious, and the owners are fantastic! They roast their beans in Union City and mentally craft mixtures for the community, always keeping customers first in their heads. They serve only the best products and do nothing less. The Baristas treat every customer with the utmost care and provide quality service every time. We need a higher location in the Jackson area — no other coffee shop compares!
