"Beautiful location directly on the canal overlooking the beautiful Friedrichstadt market. A cup of coffee costs 4.00 and the dishes are quite expensive, e.g. matjesfilet with roast potatoes for 16,00€. To get to the place, take a step. We were well served - but we found it inappropriate that the service was placed on the side table between acquaintance and smoked a cigarette. If they wash their hands, we know. The ambience told me both inside and outside."

"At the Friedrichstädter Marktplatz there is a wealth of restaurants and cafes.. Some have an opposite terrace, so the outdoor customers also come to their costs. So also the Italian restaurant La Trattoria. Otherwise there would be a lot to say to Friedrichstadt. For example, the city is below sea level and was still North Sea 1000 years ago. Or that the city is surrounded by beautiful ridges. It is also unique that you do not need a boat driver's license to drive the shipping routes in Friedrichstadt and 20km. Beautiful of course the many, well preserved approx. 400 years old facades with their old entrance doors – all different. Easy fascinating... operation Since we are not on the terrace, but within the restaurant, our service has only short paths and is always available quickly. Otherwise we can observe a very fast operation. There was no demand in the meantime. There is no reason to criticise us here. The Food Die, for us too extensive, menu with approx. 150 dishes naturally offer a lot of pizza and pasta. Our selection in detail: Gnocchi Reali (9,50€ – Potato noodles with spinach in Gorgonzola sauce: very tasty gnocchi, beautiful lots of spinach, fine spiced gogonzola sauce, a total enjoyment. Also from the crowd very good. Tortellini Classici (7,50€ : Tortellini with front ham in cream sauce: also here very good tortellini, but the front ham in the cream sauce went tastefully a little under. Here the ham was missing its own taste. Small pizza salami (4.50€ : 5 slices of salami, strong in taste, but not sharp, on one, in the middle somewhat too thin pizza. All right. Pizza Salmone (9, € with smoked salmon, cherry tomatoes and ruccola: well covered, tasted also good, but very thin in the middle. Penne Bolognese as a children's portion (4.50€ : here a large portion, not sharp. It tasted the kids. 0,3l alcohol-free drinks cost 3. €, 0.4l then 4. €. The Alster 0.5l hits beech with 3.50€. All in all, this house meets the requirements of a good Italian restaurant. At this point our unrestricted recommendation. The ambience Helle orange shades dominate. The tables with a larger and smaller central ceiling are covered in an appealing manner. Add salt and pepper, a small flower and the ice map. The windows of different heights are striking – you can't see them out from every table. But this is of course not changeable. In the windows are Yuccapalmen and corresponding decoration. The pizza is made in the front part of the restaurant so that even direct out house sale is possible. Here we have observed that the ingredients are kept partly in stock in buckets. Pros that everything is flattering in this restaurant. Cleanliness We did not notice any deficiencies in both the local and the toilets."
