"As we arrived, we were nicely greeted at the door. We had made reservations, which work really well. The waiter was attentive without being invasive. She even brought a big bowl of iced water for my service dog. As many times happens to me, I asked for mild food and it wasn’t as mild as I would have preferred. They were far more successful in making other accommodations, though. This restaurant pays attention to details and their food it outstanding. We ordered a black ribeye without pepper and pan seared scallops. Delicious!"

"Delicious catfish and slaw. We had a group of 10 and everyone was pleased with their meals! Great service. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because on their menu it states gratuity added with more than 4 checks per table and we had 3 checks...and we had gratuity added. Sad part is they would have received more if it wasn't added in."

"my daughter and are out of town and decided to eat in this restaurant after I read the reviews. it is as amazing as the reviews say. I ate the filet and my daughter has the jambalaya, it was so delicious that we'll come back when we're back in town. we had the best waiter (edward,) who was really on the service and knew his menu. the chef is also amazing. Thank you. bourgeois"

"Firecracker roll was decent, and the Dragon roll was fantastic (if you like eel). Also, got the eel donburi which was a tasty and the eel was delicious. The pork loin katsu was a bit dry but overall okay."
