"This restaurant is usually known for providing excellent dining experiences. However, during my recent visit, I witnessed a new employee struggling to wrap burritos properly. Unfortunately, I saw him discard half of a customer's toppings in the trash before wrapping the burrito by the trash can, resulting in a much smaller burrito. The customer appeared shocked but said nothing, paid for her food, and left. I hope this feedback reaches the appropriate person for improvement."

Walked in 20 minutes before close on the way to work, the whole staff was very pleasant and food was even better!! Will be back!!

We live now in Tennessee and at any time we come back to Ohio to visit family, we have to go to the hot head. You are much better than Chipotle

My visit to this restaurant was unpleasant. There were only a few pieces of cheese in the small bowl I ordered. The cashier was unfriendly, wearing a grey visor and black shirt. I didn't intend to disturb her while she was working in the back room.
