Nevertheless, in the 6-course menu I had the feeling that they simply remove the non-vegan compenten of the menu instead of replacing it equivalent. the taste experience was still good! for the region this is a definitiw enrichment."

besides a tasting menu with meat and fish, this also offers a completely vegan menu. Ingenious vegan cuisine at high level. Only the service personnel need to learn what vegan hots. a vegan wee recommended would have been nice.

the chair is a gourmet restaurant that offers a normal 6 courses menu and a vegan 6 courses menu. Of course, they can only complete the respective courses individually. it is a bit more expensive, but it is worth it! such compositions (such as melone and wasabi or deposit and kumquat) would never cook to home, but it is an incredible taste experience.
