"I’m visiting family and I went to this Jamba Juice on Memorial Day, when I went it was very busy and there were a lot of of orders, and well the workers were doing there job and making the smoothies and attending the customers but there was an African American young women, she had a different colored shirt and apron from the other employees and she was just standing there not helping them AT ALL. I was watching her while waiting for my order to see if she would help but she just stood there and I was about to ask for the manager to speak to them because this behavior that she was showing is unacceptable and unfair to those who actually were doing their job and attending the customers. it is in order, normal jamba juice except that they do not know how they answer their phone and their app is always either missing products or sizes. this means if you want to order before the time for pick-up to wait 5:00-10:00 minutes. they can't.

I stood there for 5 mins before 1 of the 5 staff members said absolutely nothing to me. I understand being busy with online orders but at least acknowledge the customers when they walk through the door. It took a group of 3 boys to come in before that happened. Such poor customer service!

ask them for their fundraiser Jamba juice cards! they buy a large drink get the second free! good up to six applications! I often use this when I pull out friends family for a tasty bite?. if you want to save, then this is their gate. At any rate, the tons of free parking very clean inside in the waiting area. very good shopping center, but great shops in the opposite.
