"Food was exceptionally good, although the portions were smaller than I expected. But the service was OUTRAGEOUSLY BAD. The waitress looked down on us from the beginning (she probably deemed us underdressed for not wearing heels or something, by the look on her face... and...it never got better. Besides her condescension, she straight up abandoned our table. I wanted to order something else but she ignored us for at least twenty minutes. By the time she got to us I was so annoyed that I just asked for the bill. I chose not to tip because well, the service was terrible, and when we were by the door she came back and let us know that the tip had not been included, and that it was usually 15%....

excellent restaurant from beginning to end. this restaurant is beautiful and the service was spectacular. the food is top-notch and the desserts bleed me away! when we visit this city, we come back!

We went there a Friday night early, around 5:30. Parking in downtown Montreal is not easy so it will be wise to use the valet parking service that the restaurant offers for $15. Since we got there early, we got a table in the back...solarium. It's a beautiful place, very much publicized by Instagram. The plants, the hanging lamps make it a very romantic place for couples. We ordered mostly appetizers with the shrimp fry rice. The food was average but very well presented. The only dish that stands out was the snow crab rolls. They were very yummy.
