"Arrived just after 11 am was handed a menu that did not list breakfast so we assumed we had missed it. We ordered lunch. A family came in 20 minutes after us and had breakfast plates sat in front of them within 10 minutes. We waited so long for our food that we considered leaving but there was nowhere else nearby and we were hungry. At noon, our lunch was brought out. My chicken sandwich did not include grilled onions or cheese as the menu stated it would and my husband’s patty melt didn’t even get toasted. The young lady serving was incredibly apologetic. It was unfortunate her service skills were far beyond those of the kitchen staff."
