"Stopped by today to get ice cream. We explore new places every week, but this visit was disappointing. We spent $11.00 on two large shakes that were very basic and unremarkable. Our biggest complaint is the unclear menu. It lists various types of ice cream without specifying which flavors are available for each type. The flavors are randomly listed, making it confusing. We asked for a butterscotch float, assuming it was available based on the menu, but were told it wasn’t an option. Additionally, the lady who took our order was short and rude, which significantly impacted our experience."
