"Before catching the MARTA back to the airport, we were in need of a coffee pick-me-up. Unfortunately, there were no Caribou or Starbucks in sight during our walk, but we stumbled upon a gem - Jittery Joe's. This cozy coffee shop is nestled in the lobby of the Ritz Hotel, which has a charmingly dimly lit and cave-like atmosphere. The coffee at Jittery Joe's is definitely worth seeking out. While their menu may be limited, the staff is incredibly accommodating and willing to make special requests. The pastries are also fresh and delicious, making it a perfect stop for a quick bite along with your coffee."

We arrived at the restaurant when it was already closing time, but the young man at the counter was very friendly and made us three lattes without hesitation. Instead of turning us away like another place I had been to, he welcomed us warmly. I would definitely recommend this place and hope to visit again in the future.

We arrived at the restaurant just before closing time, but the kind young man working behind the counter graciously prepared our three lattes. Unlike at another place I had visited where they turned me away, he went above and beyond to serve us. Thank you so much for your hospitality. I highly recommend this establishment and hope to visit again in the future.

This coffee shop disappointed us when we tried to order coffee after dinner, only to find out that they stop serving it at 7 o'clock, even though they don't close until 10. It's frustrating that they close three hours before their official closing time. Additionally, the lack of a public restroom made my father, who has trouble holding it, uncomfortable. The only reason I gave this place two stars is because they have a decent market-style shop, but unfortunately, no coffee available.
