"Went back to Joseph’s to give it another try since our last visit over a year ago. So, providing new pics and updated review to the one below the asterisks. Our waitress (Eryn) was very nice but not the most attentive. We ordered a Joseph’s Espresso Martini and a glass of Cabernet to start. Literally, took 10 minutes to get the drinks. Martini had too much simple syrup in it. We then ordered fries for an app. They were actually good and the high point of the meal. We then decided to keep it simple and ordered a regular red pizza. The menu states the pizza is cooked Well Done. It should more accurately state Really Well OverDone! Frankly, the pizza was dry and stiffer than the carry out box...

I got the meatball sub and a cantaloupe margarita. Really enjoyed the bar to myself. Food came fast and the bartender is sweet.

The 2 stars is for the extremely pleasant delivery guy. The gluten free pizza crust is by far the worse gluten free crust I’ve ever tasted. There was also about a table spoon of sauce on the pizza, which didn’t help the crust. They should seriously consider switching vendors or take it off the menu altogether. $7 for a half tray of fries is insane. Sadly, we won’t be be ordering from them again.
