"Hello went in today for my protein açaí bowl there were only 3 customers and no one ordering but I was still left standing there with no hello when I came in the door Prbly 10 min after the girl was done with here orders another person from the back came out Ariel and took my order so about 30 min s later I received my bowl . Got a thank you still felt like the two workers had more important things to talk about instead of making customers feel welcome by and thank you for coming in goes a long way in my book for just basic customer service instead really felt ignored the whole visit ."

Sadly this location doesn't take gift cards I believe the one in downtown Redlands does the girl at the register stated it doesn't take gift cards, ok pretty weird but what ever. The employees are are always friendly and make my drinks yummy. Hopefully that gift card issue gets fixed soon

Been standing at the register for about 8 minutes and not one of them has greeted me to say “hi welcome, we will be with you in a moment.”Update: when the cashier finally came to the register she was just looking down at the register waiting for me to order, not even making eye contact or smiling. Seems a little frustrated. Annnnd as I’m sitting here waiting I noticed she did not ask if I would like a boost.

Today I came with my partner to the store located in Redlands, we arrived at the store around 7:25 pm and they told us that they were closed, but that was not true. We left there and went to the subway and then we went back to the outside of the store because we had left our car there and we were there until 8 and we could see how people arrived and arrived and they attended to them, I really don't know. why they didn't want to serve us?, that's disappointing.?

"I have been going to this pizza shoppe for quite some time now, well before I transitioned to a plant-based lifestyle. I recently went in and ordered the Sophia I believe it is, it is a veggie pizza and you can substitute cow 's milk cheese with vegan cheese that they offer, albeit does spike the price up quite a bit. May be better off ordering a cheese-free pizza."

"the server we had was nice, but that was terrible. I had the scorpion pfeffer burger but I didn't want to tweak, but from any reason the scorpion pfeffersoße was mixed with the wobbles. I guess it couldn't be separated as the server said because it didn't come. the whole food was lukewarm/cold and the brownie with ice, the brownie was rock hard. If I had no birthday reward, I wouldn't have gone. Now I remember why I'm not going here."

"I almost visit this place every day for delivery. Some of the stuff members are unprofessional dealing with customers. My main point of the review is how they handle delivery orders and what I face always when I go there. They have got plastic bags, paper bags sealing tapes but always some one just don’t care to do it right. So I always ask them to give me a plastic bag and seal my orders because that is the way should be delivered to the customers. It’s a big deal to ask a plastic bag and the way they treat you is unbelievable. I would like to ask them here how would they want it if it was their order. Can they imagine what it means a food to leave on the floor which can be wet, dusty. Some one has to look at this issues. The presenting attitude of some stuff members at this place is some thing else."
